2# ground beef

2 eggs

100g panko breadcrumbs

50g buttermilk

50g red ranch

20g olive oil

250g chopped onion (one medium onion)

10g minced garlic (2 large cloves)

Salt and black pepper

Combine breadcrumbs, buttermilk, red ranch and eggs in a bowl. Mix well until all the liquid is absorbed into the breadcrumbs.

Cook onions and garlic in oil over medium heat for five minutes, until softened. Cool.

Combine beef, soaked breadcrumbs, onion/garlic with salt and black pepper, mix well to combine. Make a loaf on an oiled baking tray and cover with Red Ranch Ketchup. Bake at 350 for an hour.
