HOW IT CAME ABOUT
For their first retail product, Alta chefs Daniel Patterson and Keith Corbin were inspired by the classic LA flavor combination of hot sauce and ranch. They used fresno chiles and vinegar for the hot sauce, and combined it with homemade ranch to create a sauce that's a little bit hot and a lot cool. Red Ranch is a collaboration with Los Angeles culinary creatives The Merry. It brings the taste of diverse audiences together through a love of culture, quality and flavor.
