330g smoked cheddar
110g monterey jack
200g Red Ranch
1.7kg Cooked noodles (700g dry noodles)
Cook flour and butter over medium heat for five minutes, then add the milk a little at a time, stirring to incorporate. Add the cream and stir to combine. Add the cheese and cook until melted, stirring constantly. Add the Red Ranch and salt and stir to combine.
Add the noodles to the sauce, stir well, and pour into a baking container. Add some cheese on top and bake at 350 until browned and bubbling. Serve immediately.
